2025 Registration and Trademark License Agreement
Please follow the steps below to execute the agreement.

Save or print your copy of the document for your files.
Step 2
Read the agreement. If you have any questions, please contact Joseph Simms through Slack.
Step 3
Select the “Execute Agreement” button below, and the Registration and Trademark License Agreement Form will open. Fill out the form, then select the “Purchase” button located at the bottom of the form to check out.
Please note that by completing this process, you are executing the Registration and Trademark License Agreement in counterpart as outlined in the agreement (section 6.4).
